PCI Production Workshop #6: Acceptability of Appearance: The Importance of Following the Sampling Process

PCI members are invited to attend the virtual Production Managers Workshop on February 17, 2022

The topic is “Acceptability of Appearance – The Importance of Following the Sampling Process”. From 12 x 12 samples to full size mockups, two experienced plant managers will discuss how they use PCI’s recommended sampling process to establish realistic aesthetic expectations. Implementing these strategies can reduce conflicts, save time and money, and develop stronger customer relationships. Our discussions will include examples from PCI manuals 122, 116 and 117 as it applies to acceptability of appearance and the sampling process.

January Speakers include:

  • Scott Davis, Enterprise Precast, Corsicana, Texas
  • Rob Bisswurm, International Concrete Products, Germantown, Wisconsin

We encourage all plants, architectural, structural and transportation to participate, include your plant personnel and hold internal discussions after the meeting to adapt any ideas into your plant culture.

Please note: While this is a free PCI workshop, it does not count toward a CEU credit. This workshop is available for PCI members only.
