Reservation Policy: To confirm a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card that will be charged a one-night’s non-refundable deposit.

Early departure fees will be waived if you advise the hotel of the change in departure date at check in. Any reservation completely canceled will be charged for one night’s room and tax. Hotel contracts are negotiated for the benefit of housing those who attend PCI events.

Any guest wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.  Should the Hotel allow for late check-out, it may impose a half day rate.

Room Block Policy: Discounted hotel room rates in PCI’s block are reserved for registered attendees of the PCI Convention.  PCI will regularly audit the hotel rooming list to ensure all guests who have booked a discounted room are registered for the event.
