Workshop takes place April 1-2, 2027 at the Embassy Suites Orlando International Drive Convention Center, 8978 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819. Presented by the National Concrete Bridge Council (NCBC) in cooperation with the Florida Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration.

HOTEL.You must make your own hotel reservation separate from your conference registration online at the Embassy Suites Orlando International Drive Convention Center. To reserve your room by phone: (800) 340-2494 and use group code 91T. Group rate of $129 + applicable taxes is available until March 8, 2027. A credit card deposit is required to hold your reservation. To avoid cancellation fees, you must contact the hotel at least 24 hours prior to check in.

Orlando International Airport is approximately 14 miles from the hotel. There is no shuttle service.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSTITUTIONS. All registration cancellations received in writing by February 11, 2027 will be fully refunded minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations between February 12 - March 11 will receive a 50% refund. Due to financial obligations, no refunds will be issued after March 11, 2027. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. Submit all requests to PCI Events.
